“We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”

Path to Healing and Personal Growth
Are you searching for personal development or support, but don’t know where to begin? Have you considered the possibility that you already possess the inner resources you need to help you find healing, personal growth and the ability to solve your problems?
My mission is to support and empower you, helping you discover and use your own internal abilities and strengths to reach your personal and professional goals.
My specialties include:
Countless individuals struggle with anxiety every day. When your fear or worry gets out of control, it can negatively impact your emotional and physical well-being. Anxiety is one of the most commonly treated challenges that individuals face, and professional anxiety treatment can help you feel confident and in control of your life again.
At any given moment, about 7 percent of the U.S. population is diagnosed with some form of depression. A depressive disorder can strike anyone, given the right combination of factors. Today, it is well understood that a depressive disorder is a medical problem, not a character disorder. As a result, if you experience depression or mood swings, you can feel comfortable seeking treatment without having to worry about being judged. Ground-breaking research has led to new methods of treatment, both with and without the use of medication. If you are struggling with depression, there are effective treatment options that can help you feel happy and satisfied.
These days, couples face challenges from so many directions it’s hard to know where to start discussing them. You may both be working, and quality time is at a premium. Parents often give so much time to their children that they neglect their partner or spouse. Changing customs and ‘rules’ can lead to miscommunication, making it hard to understand your partner’s expectations in the relationship. This can result in conflict, negativity, a seemingly endless cycle of accusation and blame and, all too often, divorce. When both you and your partner are fully devoted to preserving the relationship, positive change is possible. It’s a matter of serious self-examination, re-setting priorities and skill-building. With guidance and support, you can heal the wounds in your relationship.
Group therapy offers a fascinating, encouraging and inspiring alternative to traditional one-on-one therapy. Nearly anyone who can benefit from individual therapy or coaching could also benefit from addressing his or her challenges in a group setting. Some individuals attend group sessions without ever sharing their story, finding comfort and strength in knowing that they are not alone in their struggles. Whatever your challenge, group therapy can help you understand your hardships and take steps to change your situation.
One of my clients, a tough veteran police officer in a big city, once told me, “Everyone needs counseling.” He’s not far off the mark. We may not all need therapy or counseling in our lives, but almost all of us could use someone to function as a support system or coach. If you don’t have such a person in your life that can help you sort through a temporary rough patch, seeing a counselor for coaching can have a dramatic, lasting effect on your life.
Whether hypnosis is provided by a therapist or by yourself in the form of self-hypnosis, it has been shown to be a powerful addition to the counseling, therapy and/or coaching process. Hypnosis can help address challenges in your life and manage physical or emotional pain. One of my clients committed to learning self-hypnosis and is now able to reduce the joint pain and fatigue she feels from chronic fatigue syndrome at will, managing the disorder with practically no use of medication. There’s only one way to find out whether hypnosis can be an effective solution for you; and that is to try it.
I also encourage you to visit my blog for additional information and resources you may find helpful. Articles and blog posts will be updated regularly with tips, tricks and stories on seeking solutions and managing or overcoming hardships, and I invite you to come back often to see what’s new.
With the right guidance and support, you are capable of recognizing and creating the change you want in your life.
Best Regards,
